With more than 20 years of experience in town planning and environmental assessment, Swift Planning has a detailed understanding and demonstrated experience in managing a wide range of development projects ranging from Dwellings, Secondary Dwelling (Granny Flats) and Dual Occupancies to Commercial and Industrial developments, Subdivisions, Caravan Parks and Tourist Accommodation.
Located in Forster, Swift Planning has established working relationships with qualified designers, architects, engineers and other specialists, both locally and regionally. We have a detailed understanding of local government processes and collaborate with Council officers to resolve issues and development solutions to complex planning problems.
